When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. We do our best to ship all orders received within ONE business day. 12 noon is the cut off for orders to be shipped on the same day, this includes expedited shipping services.Once your order leaves our warehouse, its arrival depends on your shipping partner.

Our warehouse team takes a  break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

What are Signature Honey Brass Burners?

Honey Brass has high copper content for a high heat conductivity and high heat retention. Other than to weather the demands of an Indian Kitchen the honey brass also save your precious fuel.

Is it Manual cook top?

Yes , to enhance the life of the gas stove and give you a seamless experience we have made Evoque a manual cooktop. Although convenient to start with, Atuo Ignition systems tend to jam or default under heavy usage of an Indian Kitchen.

Is it PNG compatible?

Yes, at the time of installation cooktop can be made png compatible.

Does it have Door Step Service?

Yes it has door step service even after the warranty expires. 

The home visit is paid.

What is covered in Warranty?

Haute offers a 2 year Warranty for Damaged or Defective Goods
We are dedicated to delivering  amazing products, but sometimes the unexpected happens, so if there’s an issue with your Haute product, we have you covered.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty or your item breaks within 2 years of purchase, please notify us at support@hautekitchen.in or call us at our customer care number.We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced within 48-72 hours. If you haven’t already registered for Haute care you can by uploading the invoice on the website or share it with us on the WhatsApp/Email.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING DEFECTS:
If any of the brass tops, knobs, valves, Pan support are damaged or defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired/replaced. 

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
“Cosmetic Damage” which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling by any party which do not impair the functionality of the product. While Haute products are made of the highest quality material, they are subjected to the natural elements that affect appearance and functionality over time.
